Travis Thomas » President

Travis Thomas is the Co-Owner of Kentuckiana Property Management and was born and raised in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. He graduated from Campbellsville University and has a degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Travis started actively investing in real estate in 2014 and owns and manages a growing portfolio of single family homes and is a managing partner of several partnerships that also own investment properties in the Greater Louisville area.

Jeffery Carter » Director of Sales and Leasing

Jeffery Carter is the Co-Owner of Kentuckiana Property Management and was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Having been raised most of his life in the Greater Louisville area, Jeffery has severals years of experience in customer service. Additionally, he has over 6 years of experience in marketing, leasing, and property management for large multi-family properties including new developments. Jeffery consistently broke company-wide records in achieving leasing goals and exceeding resident relation satisfaction.
