About Us

Travis Thomas, a native of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, is the founder of Kentuckiana Property Management. He completed his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Campbellsville University and later became a Certified Public Accountant. Since 2014, Travis has been actively engaged in the real estate industry, and he oversees a burgeoning portfolio of single-family homes, in addition to being a managing partner of several partnerships that own investment properties in the Greater Louisville region. Travis has gained over a decade of experience serving on the boards of two distinctive condominium associations, and he credits this invaluable experience for shaping his approach to association management.

In his spare time, he enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with his two dogs, Dmitri and Onzlow.

Morgan Thomas currently holds the position of Director of Accounting at Kentuckiana Property Management. Her primary area of expertise lies in the meticulous handling of numerical data, and her commitment is to provide her esteemed clientele with the most precise and comprehensive financial information. Morgan seeks to empower her clients to make informed and judicious decisions that will benefit their associations.

Morgan is an alumna of the University of Kentucky, holding Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over twelve years of industry experience. Her extensive background has given her a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics.

During her personal time, she enjoys spending it with her husband, Zach, and two boys, Brooks and Brady. They frequent get togethers with friends and family and participating in fun seasonal activities; she also enjoys some quiet time while reading with a big cup of coffee in hand.

Originally from California, Angela Pritchett brings over a decade of experience in community association management to her role as Director of Community Management at Kentuckiana Property Management (KPM). After relocating to Kentucky, Angela quickly became a respected leader known for her strategic oversight, operational excellence, and commitment to building strong, successful communities.

Angela’s primary expertise lies in new development management, where she partners with developers and boards to guide communities from the planning and construction phases through transition and long-term governance. Her in-depth understanding of association formation, budgeting, and operational setup ensures each community begins with a solid foundation for future success.

Georgia Childres presently holds the position of Property Manager at Kentuckiana Property Management, where she is responsible for the management of rental properties and the satisfaction of residents' daily needs. Her ultimate goal is to assist individuals in finding homes that they will cherish, irrespective of the duration it takes to achieve this objective. She understands that the relocation process can be challenging and, as such, is committed to making it seamless for her residents.

In her earlier years at Western Kentucky University, Georgia earned a Bachelor of Science degree and served as a Resident Advisor. This experience fueled her passion for assisting others in finding their ideal homes. Her exceptional performance in this role earned her the title of "Best Resident Advisor" at Western Kentucky University's Corvette Campus.

During her leisure time, Georgia enjoys hiking, listening to podcasts, and cooking and baking for her family. Her diverse interests enable her to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which positively impacts her work as a Property Manager.

Samantha Hartman presently holds the position of Association Property Manager at Kentuckiana Property Management. Her career in real estate began in 2012 in residential property management. She brings a deep understanding of working with contractors, and local property markets, and enjoys helping people with their homes.

She is a dynamic individual with a rich set of interests and experiences! Being in Bardstown, Kentucky, she enjoys the charm and community of a smaller town setting. Outside of work, Samantha's leisure activities highlight her nurturing side and love for exploration. Spending time with her kids and showing dedication to family in her work-life balance is a priority. Gardening is not only a relaxing hobby but a way she connects with nature.

Overall, Samantha values relationships, both professionally and personally, and enjoys a balanced life that includes both nurturing activities and enriching experiences.

Amber Justice presently holds the position of Association Property Manager at Kentuckiana Property Management. Having over five years of experience in residential property management, she brings a ground level understanding of working directly with homeowners and renters. Her attention to detail, hard work ethic, and generous personality have made her successful throughout her career.

Amber is proud of her roots being born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. A graduate from Assumption High School, she went on to pursue her passion of skincare and became a licensed Esthetician. Outside of work, Amber enjoys utilizing her esthetics license by doing makeup, spending time with her family & and friends, and most importantly her dog, Stella.

April Arnold currently serves as the Community Association Manager at KPM, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in Association Management. With a steadfast commitment to excellence and a profound sense of empathy, she excels in effecting positive change in the lives of others. Throughout her career, April has adeptly guided communities through challenging scenarios, including developer transitions, natural disasters, and document restructuring, demonstrating her pivotal role in facilitating their resilience.

A proud resident of Louisville, she has pursued studies in accounting, real estate, and insurance. Widely acknowledged for her unwavering work ethic and benevolence, April adeptly harmonizes her dedication to community service with her demanding familial responsibilities. During her leisure hours, she relishes moments spent with her family, actively supporting the local sports teams, and engaging in various physical pursuits.

Lindsay Leggett is a Community Association Manager with Kentuckiana Property Management. With over twelve years of experience in residential and multifamily property management, she brings a strong foundation in operations, communication, and community engagement.

Beginning her career in 2012, Lindsay has developed a deep understanding of the importance of balancing the business and human sides of property management. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for others have made her a trusted partner in every community she serves.

Born and raised in Kentucky, Lindsay takes pride in her roots and her dedication to helping people feel heard and supported. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, spending time with family and friends, and doting on her beloved dog, Archie.

Kyle Paul has served as the Maintenance Coordinator at Kentuckiana Property Management since 2019. He is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of repairs, preventive maintenance, and other projects that ensure the seamless operation of the company's physical rental assets. In this capacity, he liaises with residents, service providers, vendors, owners, and maintenance contractors to ensure that all projects are executed in a timely and efficient manner.

In addition to his duties as Maintenance Coordinator, Kyle occasionally assists prospective residents in finding new accommodations. He derives immense satisfaction from the joy on their faces when he hands over the keys to their new homes, whether they are first-time renters or those seeking a stepping-stone residence.

Kyle is a Louisville native who enjoys traveling in his leisure time and spending time with his three dogs: Sawyer, Brixton, and Huxley.

Haycis Khay is currently an Accounting Assistant at Kentuckiana Property Management and is a skilled professional specializing in bookkeeping and virtual assistance. She earned her degree in Accounting from the University of Mindanao and has developed extensive experience managing accounts payable and receivable. Over the years, Khay has honed her ability to understand client needs and deliver results efficiently, building strong, long-term relationships with those she serves.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, dancing, and continuously learning new skills to foster both professional and personal growth.

Jonah brings over five years of experience in the telecommunications industry, where she served as a Customer Service Representative, before joining Kentuckiana Property Management as a Resident Support Associate. In her role, she assists HOA residents, handles rental inquiries, and provides support to Community Association Managers with various rental-related tasks. Jonah is committed to fostering clear communication and delivering excellent service to residents and community partners.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, major in Technology and Livelihood Education, and is a licensed professional teacher. Outside of work, Jonah enjoys spending time with her family, dining out, and traveling to nature destinations.

Jemalyn currently serves as a Resident Support Specialist at Kentuckiana Property Management, bringing with her over a decade of experience in customer service and client support. She began her career as a call center agent in 2013 and has since worked with both U.S. and Australian clients across various industries, including technical support, hospitality, healthcare, finance, and administration.

Recognized for her professionalism and strong performance, Jemalyn has received multiple commendations such as Top Agent awards, recognition for excellent customer service, and consistent 100% QA scores. She also holds a Certificate in Training & Leadership and has completed several professional development courses to further enhance her skills.

Jemalyn takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality support and building strong relationships with clients and residents alike. With her extensive experience, adaptability, and strong communication skills, she continues to provide exceptional customer service and administrative assistance.

Lizabeth Nagel serves as the Leasing Agent for Kentuckiana Property Management, where she helps individuals and families find a place they’re proud to call home. With seven years of experience in property management, Lizabeth is committed to making the rental process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free for every resident she supports.

Known for her attention to detail, creativity, and warm, approachable style, Lizabeth ensures each showing and leasing experience is professional and seamless. She understands that moving can feel overwhelming, and she takes pride in guiding residents through every step with clarity, patience, and care.

Outside of work, Lizabeth brings her passion for creativity into her daily life through baking, cooking, and exploring new local spots around the community.
